Our experience includes multi-family and single-family projects and with master planned communities and traditional single-family subdivisions. We have worked on master planned communities and subdivisions that also include non-residential components, such as golf courses, schools, retail facilities, and parks.

We realize that “better neighborhoods” can’t be created alone, but must be developed in a public/private partnership with local municipalities. AVID has a proud history of working successfully with community leaders, municipal planning and zoning departments, and special-interest groups to create sustainable, livable neighborhoods that blend new developments into the fabric of the communities.
